Our Basecamp Birthday Bash is the perfect all-in-one party experience for ages 5 to 12, held in the heart of our summer base area. Available Saturday and Sunday, this 3-hour party package makes birthdays stress-free for parents and unforgettable for kids.
What’s Included:
Reserved Party Zone

Private tables located in our Creekside Lodge, set up and ready upon arrival

Designated space for your group from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Space for cake, gifts, and personal decorations (you may arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up)
Activities & Entertainment
Our package is built around active, hands-on fun. All activities are included in your package and supervised by Dodge Ridge staff.

Gem Hunt: Each child receives one gem bag to use at the mining station

Climb Challenge: Four climbing wall attempts per child

SAFE Archery: Supervised archery competition with foam-tipped arrows

Bike Skills Zone (guests must bring their own bike and helmet)
Important Notes:

Children must be at least 36 inches tall to participate in activities

Helmets are required for bike use in the skills zone

Parents must complete waivers for all participating children prior to the event
Food & Beverage
The Basecamp Birthday Bash includes a built-in lunch and dessert service to keep kids energized and happy throughout the party.
What’s Included:

Two large pizzas (cheese or pepperoni only, 8 slices each) served at 12:00 PM

One drink per child (soda, bottled water, or Gatorade)

One individual pre-cupped ice cream dessert per child, served at 1:30 PM
Extras & Options:

Additional pizzas may be purchased on the day of the party for $15 each

Outside cakes and cupcakes are welcome (we do not provide cake-cutting service)

Parents may bring additional snacks, drinks, or decorations as long as they are self-contained

Party package price is the same for any group size within the limit
Waivers

All participating children must have a signed waiver prior to joining activities

Waivers can be completed online in advance or in person at check-in
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
-
No refunds will be given within 48 hours of the scheduled party time
