April Hawthorne
April Hawthorne is a co-owner of Sierra Flow Fitness and instructs a yoga class of integrated movement and breath. She has an extensive background in dance, fitness and yoga. April infuses a modern spin to yoga using modifications, techniques and props to accommodate everyone. She is a fun-filled instructor who will make you laugh and enjoy yourself while enhancing traditional yoga sequences to open all of the joints of the body, stretch the muscles and calm the mind. All levels are welcome to join April in her rejuvenating yoga classes that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed at Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort.
Susan Lawrence
Susan Lawrence is the co-owner of Sierra Flow Fitness and has been leading yoga classes and retreats, near and far since 2008. She will teach you how to calm your mind, cultivate inner focus and challenge you to explore beyond your preconceived limitations. With over 15 years of experience and thousands of hours of education and training in yoga, holistic health, physical fitness and wellness; Susan’s well-rounded approach to personal well-being has inspired students, gym members and private clients to ignite the desire to become the best version of themselves. With a specialization in Prana Vinyasa Yoga, which is a syncopation between movement and breath she will lead you on a fluid journey into a profound mind-body state. Please join Susan on the mat and experience her playfulness and passion for yoga in a one hour session this summer at the beautiful Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort.
